CONTEXT 2015

This report provides some context to the Greater Boston condominium market that you will not find anywhere else. It’s the result of trying to providing original content for  a number of years.  It compares and contrasts the key Greater Boston condominium markets.  It looks at the prices and values, as well as the abundance or scarcity of particular features and amenities in these markets.

The market profiles in this report will show how the neighborhood ranks (example: 5th) vis-à-vis other neighborhoods. It will also show how prevalent an amenity was in the neighborhood’s condominium sales (example: 47% of sales). As a result, readers will have a sense of how likely an amenity is to be found in a neighborhood, or if the feature or amenity is much more prevalent in other neighborhoods. This report may be a good tool when considering neighborhoods, or when buying or selling a condominium within a neighborhood.

I used MLS as my data pool. I did my best to be accurate and think that this is precise; however, if inaccurate data was put in MLS, due to the fact that it’s a very large information pool, it may cause the report to be slightly off.
