In the MLS remarks section, real estate agents tout a home’s most salable features.

With the photos, they show the homes most photogenic qualities.

Then come the answers to everything agents could assess, classify and total about the home. 

But what you see isn’t always what you get.

What are the most common and most unusual items that may or may not come with the sale?

I surveyed six months of MLS home sales to find out. You might be surprised about what I revealed about certain listings in the South End, Jamaica Plain, Brookline, Charlestown and Back Bay.
